What is a FISP (Facade Inspection Safety Program) report, and why do I need one?
A FISP report is mandated by NYC’s facade safety ordinance (Local Law 11/LL11). It includes an engineering evaluation to identify hazards such as cracks, deterioration, or other facade concerns—and recommends repairs to ensure public safety and regulatory compliance.
